There are loads of weight loss tips out in the market and internet today hoping for a favorable result in weight loss. But the answer is simple. Eat more alkaline foods, drink lots of clean water and exercise. Sounds clichet but worked for me. Eating acid based foods such as the sweet foods, poultry, beverages etc. tend to just dump more weight in your body resulting to a feeling of weakness etc. This should work. Learned this from Christopher Guerriero.
