Exercise for 30 minutes every day - do anything! I&#039;m really desperate to loose my baby fat weight, my little girl is now 10 months old and I look the same as I did when I had her. I did loose most of it off during the summer at my mom&#039;s this year, she really motivated me and gave me a plan, support and help. Now back at home I&#039;m diving into my old routine, junk food, take out and no daily exercise. I need a good exercise routine to stick to and a meal plan, I thought about going to the gym but money is tight now with a baby.
