		<description>I&#039;ve tried numerous diet pills, all kinds of cardiovascular exercise which I found hard on my knees, and I&#039;ve even gone and done the Yoga and Pilates thing.  The exercises in this book, especially the bikini breath, were amazing.  I was skeptical, but I was in the dressing rooms one day with my normal size and brand of clothes, and they were all either too loose, or I just seemed longer and leaner in them.  I have lost pounds and gained energy.  Great buy!</description>
