i have a very slim upperbody.and a comparatively very large lower half.i look like half of thin woman and half of and fat woman.am 19 years old.help me.this looks very very odd.its embarrassing.when i work out the upper half gets smaller and the lower is the same.
Sometimes our genetics can be hard on us. Your best bet is to continue to workout so that you lose the fat on your lower half. It may be difficult, but at some point you will have to accept a compromise between your two halves. So long as your are fit and healthy you should not worry, just accept yourself for who you are.
