Diet has to be carefully balanced to ensure that you receive all the nutrients, proteins and carboydrates that require to improve fitness and strength, without eating too much of any one food group.

Although our genetics provide a blue print of how we may develop, it is the food we eat which ultimately determines our strength, size, short and long term health.
